Screening Tenants
McKelvey Properties will run and review a complete credit report on all prospective tenants.
Leases
McKelvey Properties will prepare, negotiate, and execute lease. This will include:
- Security Deposit - McKelvey Properties will collect the first month's rent and security deposit.
- Utilities - McKelvey Properties will execute change orders for all utilities.
- Insurance - McKelvey Properties will ensure Tenants have coverage by obtaining the Certificate of Insurance.
