About Linda Luecken
Linda joins McKelvey Properties as an experienced professional with over 20 years in the industry. During her career, Linda has managed every type of real estate including office, retail, multi family, warehouses and specialties such as medical offices and industrial sites.
She holds the prestigious titles of CPM (Certified Property Manager) Candidate of the Year, IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) Person of the Year, SLAA Multi Site Supervisor of the year twice, as well as various Chamber Business Person awards. In November of this year, Linda received the Life Time Achievement Award at the IREM 2006 ARM Flame Awards. This was presented to Linda for her "Excellence Among Their Peers Multi-Family Property Management in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area."
Linda's specialty includes assisting clients with property acquisition, due diligence and budgeting.
